The Crumb Foundation "Dream Team" program was founded to help families of young athletes with life-threatening medical conditions, plan and fund unforgettable VIP expereinces as guests of their favorite professional sports teams. Dream Team handles the application and evaluation process, as well as acts as an official coordinator of the expereinces on behalf of selected athletes and participating teams.

Once an athlete is selected for the program, Dream Team helps arrange travel, lodging, and tickets, ensuring a hassle-free and unforgettable experience for all involved. Please understand Dream Team receives a large number of requests and our staff will do its best to respond in a timely manner.
